Pierre M. d’Unienville

Pierre M. d’Unienville holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Aix-Marseille III and is a graduate of IEP Paris. He started his career with Ernst & Young, Paris where he was involved in the audit and advisory business advising various French companies.
Shortly upon his return to Mauritius he set up a boutique advisory firm, to source, structure and advise on corporate transactions. Pierre was instrumental in developing and concluding some significant mergers & acquisitions transactions during the 20+ years he has been active in the M&A industry in Mauritius. In addition, his firm (Infinite Corporate Finance) has launched a successful on-balance sheet investment program, acquiring companies in need of a turn-around and later on-selling them.
In addition, Pierre holds directorships on the Boards of numerous companies in Mauritius, acting in various sectors of the local economy.
